My name is RYAN DUNLAVEY and I am an artist based in New York City. I was educated in traditional "analog" illustration and animation techniques at Syracuse University and New York City's School of Visual Arts, but I am as equally comfortable with a computer mouse as I am with pencil and paper. I started a full-time art career in 2003, prior to that I worked for 10 years in web design, graphic design, t-shirt design and print production. I am an expert with all industry standard software including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML/CSS and Street Fighter II. Some of my past and present clients include Comedy Central, Marvel Comics, The Sportsman Channel, T-Mobile, The Children's Place, Starter Sportswear, McGraw/Hill, TBS Superstation, Airwalk Shoes, MTV, Schoolastic and Warner Brothers Publishing. My illustrations and comic strips have appeared in MAD, Wizard, ToyFare, The Princeton Review, Time Out New York, Royal Flush, and Disney Adventures.
